Effect of Talent Management Training Program on Head Nurses Leadership Effectiveness

Background: Talent management is increasingly discussed in the human resource and development literature. It a set of practices that are implemented organizations refers to how attract, select, develop manage employees an integrated strategic way. The study aim: To investigate effect talent training program on head nurses leadership effectiveness. Research design: A quasi-experimental research design was utilized. Setting: The conducted at all inpatient units (medical surgical) critical care (N=15) Damanhour National Medical Institute (head =120). Tools: Tool I: To assess nurses’ knowledge regarding (pre/posttest). Tool II: questionnaire; among nurses. III: Leadership effectiveness questionnaire: Results:  there highly statistically significant improvement nurse’s practice post phase follow-up compared their pre-intervention. Conclusion: the application had positive impact enhancing also total level improved markedly throughout phases. Recommendations: Conduct workshop periodically for as refreshment course. Providing programs workshops newly hired nurse organization.
